About This Role
You play a vital part in creating a positive customer experience at our store. As an ambassador of Walmart, you are the first and sometimes only point of contact for many customers.
We're looking for someone who can multi-task, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming smile to every customer, greet them promptly, and thank them sincerely.
- Stand for long periods, quickly and accurately check out customers, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Answer customer questions, help with their needs, and be available to assist colleagues across the store as needed.
- Ensure customers have a great first and last impression by gathering carts from the parking lot and operating equipment to move them inside.
- Clean restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot as required, maintaining a positive attitude in all weather conditions.

Requirements and Benefits
