About the Role

You play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience at our store. As the primary point of contact for many customers, your positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.

• Provide exceptional customer service by smiling, greeting, and thanking every customer.
• Show empathy and understanding when dealing with customer concerns or issues.
• Be proactive in offering help and assistance to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cashier duties: scan items, explain prices, bag items properly, count cash back, and keep your area clean.
• Multi-task and work efficiently during peak periods, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a positive attitude and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $14.00 to $26.00, with opportunities for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation includes premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
