Job Summary
We are seeking a positive and customer-focused associate to join our team as a Cashier. As an ambassador of Walmart, you will play a major role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and thanking customers, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cashier Duties:
- Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude
- Stand for long periods of time while checking out customers quickly and accurately
- Keep your area clean and presentable
- Answer customer questions and help them with their needs
- Cart and Janitorial Duties:
- Gather carts from the parking lot
- Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store
- Clean restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as needed

Hourly Wage Range: $14.00 - $26.00 per hour
Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
