Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a cashier and front-end services representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include scanning items, explaining prices, bagging items properly, counting cash back, and keeping your area clean. You will also be responsible for answering customer questions, providing excellent customer service, and helping them with their needs. In addition, you will be available to assist associates across the store as needed, which may include tasks such as cleaning restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot, and gathering carts from the parking lot. You will also operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask, and have a passion for customer service and helping others.
