Job Summary
A Freight Handler at Walmart Supply Chain plays a critical role in moving product through our Distribution network to the Stores, serving our Customers with everyday low prices.
Key Responsibilities
- Handles and processes freight in a safe and correct manner through the facility to the Stores.
- Loads, unloads, orderfills, packs, and/or processes freight in an accurate and timely manner.
- Tells management about unsafe working conditions, damaged products, or improper procedures in the facility.
- Uses freight handling equipment in a safe and correct manner.
Work Environment
The work is very physically demanding with an extremely high focus on safety and the safety of others. You will be lifting heavy cases in extreme climates.

Compensation
The hourly wage range for this position is $14.45 to $28.65, with actual hourly rates equaling or exceeding required minimum wages applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
