Job Title: Member Assistant - Cart Attendant
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Assistant - Cart Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring members have a positive shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and clean facility according to company policies and procedures
- Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying their needs
- Assist with purchasing decisions and process member purchases
- Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds
- Assist members with transporting items
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time while assisting members
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Hourly Wage Range:
$16.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on location and qualifications
Note: The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
