Salary
The hourly wage range for this position is $14.00 to $26.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
Job Description
We are seeking a Retail Associate - Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our store staff, you will play a major role in creating positive interactions with customers. Your duties will include:
- Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude
- Stand for long periods of time while checking out customers quickly and accurately
- Keep your area clean and presentable
- Answer customer questions and help them with their needs
- Be available to assist associates across the store as needed
- Clean restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as needed
