Responsibilities
- Safe operation of tractor/trailers.
- Accurate and timely transportation of trailers.
- Maintenance of trailers.
- Quality control through maintenance of records, logs, and forms.
Requirements
- Valid state-issued driver's license.
- Ability to obtain Class A CDL within 6 months of hire and maintain it throughout employment.
- Previous experience as a Class A tractor/trailer driver.
- A clean driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations in the past three years.
- No convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol/drugs in the past ten years.
- No preventable accidents in the past three years.
Benefits
This position offers a competitive hourly wage range of $15.00 to $28.65. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums paid in specific circumstances. Benefits also include health insurance, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance, as well as paid time off and education benefits through Better U.
