As a Yard Truck Driver, you will be responsible for operating a Yard Truck to transport trailers safely to designated locations, adhering to all regulations. Attention to detail is required while maintaining records, logs, and forms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive tractor/trailers in a safe and correct manner by adhering to all regulations.
- Transport trailers to appropriate destinations in an accurate and timely manner.
- Tell management about unsafe working conditions, damaged products, or improper procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) within 6 months of job entry date
- No more than two moving violations in the last three years
- No serious traffic violations in the last three years
- No convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol/drugs within the last ten years
