FocusKPI is looking for a Associate Community Manager, Gamification to join the Community and learning team, in one of our clients, a high-tech, SaaS company.

Work Location : Remote - anywhere in the US
Duration : 11-12 months contract
Pay Range : $26 / hr to $36 / hr
Responsibilities :
- Engage with the community on their online community platform and Slack.
- Create internal content that incorporates data-driven analysis and recommendations.
- Develop and enforce community guidelines.
- Help manage the gamification program, including troubleshooting issues and developing new engagement initiatives.
- Assist in managing their online leader ambassador program.
