The Position:
Under the direction of the Corporate Counsel, the Contract Analyst will review, analyze, edit and negotiate all incoming and outgoing contracts for our family of five companies.
- Main responsibility will be reviewing, subcontracts, service, access, and material agreements; equipment rental agreements, pre-bid reviews, internal contract templates and other legal contracts and agreements
- Assisting with drafting agreements using standard templates
- Conducting legal and governmental research
The Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal, Risk Management, Business Administration, or similar program or an equivalent combination of training and work experience
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- At least 2-3 years of experience desired
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication, conflict management, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience using DocuSign and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong sense of urgency; good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize competing needs of the legal department while managing a high volume of work

The Location:
