Pharmacy Delivery Driver Position

Position Overview:
 The Pharmacy Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring the efficient, accurate, and courteous delivery of medications and products to our customers. This role requires a customer-focused mindset, adherence to company policies, and a commitment to maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service Excellence:

• Uphold and promote the company’s core values and focus.
• Provide superior customer service by demonstrating sincerity, patience, and respect in all interactions.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Always thank customers for choosing our pharmacy services.

2. Delivery Preparation and Execution:

• Gather and organize all deliveries prior to departure, ensuring accuracy by double-checking with the Pharmacist.
• Follow the Logistics Coordinator’s assigned routes and delegated tasks.
• Perform repeat delivery attempts as necessary when a customer does not respond to the initial delivery attempt.

3. Vehicle Maintenance:

• Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle, both interior and exterior.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and inspections.
• Complete and maintain a vehicle maintenance log.
• Report any vehicle issues promptly to the Logistics Coordinator.

4. Safety and Compliance:

• Abide by all traffic laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Drive responsibly and professionally, remembering that delivery vehicles represent the company’s image. Actions such as cutting off other drivers, speeding, or unsafe driving reflect poorly on the team and the company.

5. Additional Responsibilities:

• Follow all operational protocols and collaborate effectively with store team members.
