Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling transactions, assisting customers with loan inquiries, and promoting our business by effective communication and upselling techniques. A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position as well as reliability and dependability.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner giving excellent customer service.
- Maintain a daily balanced cash drawer
- Upsell loans based on customer needs and financial situation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide support as needed to in Branch Manager.
- Communicate effectively with customers in person and over the phone.
Experience
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling cash transactions is advantageous.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with diverse customers.
- Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with customers.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
