Walden Behavioral Care has been delivering treatment for eating disorders for over two decades. Our programs offer a model of treatment that blends medically sophisticated care with a personalized treatment approach. Our work is grounded in evidence-based strategies for adults and adolescents suffering from eating disorders. We work from a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach while integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care within an intimate home setting.
Walden Behavioral Care seeks a part-time Receptionist for our facility in Dedham, MA.
Schedule - Monday/Wednesday 3pm-9pm

Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting visitors, guests and clients in a professional manner
- Answering phones, transfer calls and take messages for Business line and/or Admissions line
- Answering questions about the business or offering brochures with business information
- Performing general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing and mailing
- Placing orders for office supplies and maintain office supply inventory and office equipment
- Gathering information and completing the application form from potential patients and families that call the center inquiring about the program
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining and updating calendars
Qualifications:
- One year of clerical office experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate with all levels of management
- Understanding of privacy and confidentiality
