Now, we need an experienced, driven engineering project manager to help propel us into the next decade. This individual will work out of our headquarters office in beautiful Oyster Bay, LI.

Engineering Project Managers at Walden must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, an in-depth understanding of consulting in a civil / environmental engineering firm, and demonstrate an impressive ability to manage client relations, perform business development, and mold future engineers by mentoring and managing younger staff.

What will I do at Walden?
- Act as the liaison between Walden, our clients, and other stakeholders.
- Perform business development work, such as writing proposals, cultivating leads, and pitching Walden services to existing or potential clients.
- Work in close collaboration with other PMs and staff.
- Assign staff work based on their strengths and individual goals.
- Actively work on client projects.
