Position Overview: As a Lead Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing incoming leads through our CRM system. Your primary goal will be to effectively communicate with potential clients via phone and text to schedule appointments on behalf of our clients. This role requires a strong communicator who is comfortable making outbound calls and has experience handling leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to leads coming into the CRM.
- Make outbound calls and send text messages to potential clients to schedule appointments.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all communications.
- Update the CRM with accurate and detailed information following each interaction.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless lead management process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a phone-based role, such as sales, customer service, or lead management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
