What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Loan Officer / Relationship Manager position at Walden Savings Bank?
Walden Savings Bank is looking for just the right person who has proven success at creating and maintaining close relationships with customers and prospects involved in commercial transactions by facilitate sales through the structuring of creative and appealing loan products.
If you have a current book of business in the marketplace and a proven ability to develop banking products and services to meet customer needs, this may be the job for you!
Qualifications :
- Three to five years of experience in originating both C&I and CRE loans, both owner occupied and non-owner occupied.
- Underwriting knowledge, from origination to loan closing and construction draws.
- Strong consultative sales skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and produce results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Creative / innovative problem solver.
