Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of the listing process, from scheduling photography and signage to ensuring MLS accuracy
- Serve as the point of contact for listing clients, providing consistent updates and white-glove service
- Input listings and manage data across multiple platforms: MLS, Brivity, Sisu, JotForms
- Track and assign incoming leads, ensuring proper follow-up standards are met
- Audit CRM daily for accuracy, note-taking, lead source tagging, and reminders
- Send weekly scorecards and performance reports to agents and leadership
- Communicate with agents about opportunities for follow-up and lead nurturing
- Record and organize team training resources and daily meeting attendance
- Support social media and marketing efforts around listings, events, and promotions
- Monitor brand consistency across all listing materials and client touchpoints
- Coordinate client events and manage lead capture and follow-up strategies
Qualifications
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Tech-savvy and fast learner—comfortable with Google Suite, CRM systems (Brivity/FUB), Canva or Adobe, and social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accountability and integrity
- A problem solver with a “can-do” spirit
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Comfortable holding others accountable in a respectful, clear way
- Real estate experience or license is a plus, but not required
