Located one block from Chicago’s Magnificent Mile in the stylish Gold Coast neighborhood, this 60-story award winning hotel has 214 rooms, over 8,000 square feet of meeting space, and two dining establishments.
The ideal candidate for this exciting role will be an inspirational leader with a passion for developing exceptional F&B programs, a talent for developing and training others, and thorough knowledge of industry trends. At least 3 years of experience as a Director of Food & Beverage with a background in luxury resorts is required.

- Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
- Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
- Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
