What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Nursing Associate position at Waldorf Center?
Waldorf Center is committed to providing high-quality patient care and exceptional service. We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team and contribute to our mission.
In this role, you will evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition. You will also contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, and supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure. You should maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
