Job Summary
Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse will provide efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients/residents, collecting data, observing conditions, and reporting changes in condition. They will also contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians, and supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility
