BOH Full or Part time in scratch made kitchen.
We are looking for motivated prep and line cooks to join our team of passionate, hospitality professionals at our quickly expanding fast casual chicken concept, Waldo’s Chicken & Beer! Waldo’s is a fast-paced, 100% made-from-scratch kitchen serving the best fried chicken, Southern sides, and coldest beer in the Southeast.

KITCHEN LINE COOK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to work in a VERY fast-paced environment with speed and efficiency
- Preparing food in a made from scratch kitchen before and after service periods
- Understanding and proper use of recipe and order screens
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen, dish, and prep areas
- Shift side work to include opening and closing duties and prep
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
- Previous cooking experience preferred
- Proper knife skills
- Ability to handle multiple orders in a timely manner
- Must handle food safely when prepping and cooking
- Follow procedures and recipes on food items
- Retain menu and product knowledge
- Proper personal hygiene
- Maintain Health Department Standards throughout shift
- Professional attitude and respect of coworkers, establishment, and the brand
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
