You will spend most of your time in the field accurately and efficiently installing top of the line heating and air conditioning equipment in our customer’s home while keeping in communication with the customer each step of the way. Compensation : $25-$35 / hr. spiffs and commission
Perfect Job Bonuses : Average an additional $1,000 to $1,200 a month for the lead tech once training is complete!

Requirements :
- Proven track record in residential HVAC install work of residential HVAC equipment and accessories
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean, safe driving record
Salary : $25 - $35
