Busser positions give team members an opportunity to work in a fastpaced, team-oriented, gameday atmosphere taking care of our guests.
Busser opportunities are part time. Flexible hours and scheduling areavailable, which is great for the busy student or anyone who has outsideobligations. Room for advancement on the team is always a possibility for theright team member!
Required Duties and Responsibilities :
- Arrives at work on time,well-groomed in a clean uniform for every shift
- Demonstrated a positiveattitude at all times, willing to help out where needed.
- Follows all Walk-Ons safety,sanitation, and employee guidelines
- Follows day prep sheet andcompletes all duties assigned
- Sets up Sani-buckets, maintainsa clean work are during the shift
- Follows Walk On's steps ofservice in exceeding the guest's experience
- Adheres to Walk-On's teamservice
- Knowledgeable of Walk On's menuand suggestive sells items to enhance the dining experience
- Assists other team members intaking care of guests, cleaning and maintaining tables, and running food
- Follows all requirements forthe responsible service of alcohol, maintains state required bar card
- Understands basic moneyhandling and can make proper change
- Must be flexible in schedulerequirements as hours may fluctuate due to special events
- Work well with all types ofcustomers and co-workers
- Assist other employees tocomplete any tasks during shift
- Willing to clean all areas ofthe restaurant as needed including taking out garbage and cardboard
- Must be 18 years of age orolder
- Other duties assigned bymanagement.
Candidate Minimal Requirements :
Physical Requirements for this Position :
Continuous standing, bending, lifting / carryingitems (up to 50 pounds), including food service trays to and from the kitchen.Must be able to smile at all times while maintaining a positive serviceattitude at all times. Ability toclearly and cheerfully communicate with all guests. Must be able to hear andcommunicate via headset. Able to be on their feet for prolonged period oftimes. Must be able to balance and carry multiple food and beverages to andfrom dining area. Must be able to bend and reach to clean under and aroundtables, booths, and other seating; as well as reaching to restock necessaryitems for FOH products as necessary part of side work.
