Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Operate cash registers accurately, handling transactions with basic math skills to ensure correct payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all front-of-house areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring that all items are prepared according to established guidelines.
- Help manage inventory levels by restocking supplies and keeping track of product availability.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer concerns promptly.
- Provide support during busy periods by helping fellow team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred but not required.
