What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales and Account Management position at Walkabout Developments, LLC?
Walkabout is seeking full time help to assist with office administrative duties and record keeping. This position is temporary with the potential to become permanent.
Outback Wrap Duties:
- Sales/cold calls to potential wholesale customers and manufacturers.
- Manage calls and all other communications by Outback Wrap customers, distributors, and manufacturers as needed.
- Track all communications and inquiries in the CRM software.
- Input new orders and wholesale orders.
- Address any concerns or questions by customers.
- Product knowledge.
- Help maintain warehouse and assist in shipping/receiving.
- Follow and maintain internal standard operating procedures.
- Travel to farm shows as needed.
- Create content and post regularly on social media.
Mother Bin Duties:
- Create invoices and purchase orders with our accounting software.
- Maintain accurate financial records and transactions.
- Send outstanding invoice statements to customers and vendors.
- Manage inventory computer software.
- Check mail and deposit any accounts receivables.
- Manage and oversee any reservations at the companies AirBnB.
*** All other duties as assigned within either sister company.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
