Overview : We are seeking a skilled and motivated Water Well / Geothermal Driller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drilling water wells and geothermal wells, operating drilling rigs, and performing routine maintenance and repairs on drilling equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual with a strong work ethic and experience in the drilling industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drilling Operations :
Operate drilling rigs to drill water and geothermal wells at various sites.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on drilling rigs, including engines, hydraulic systems, and mechanical components.
Adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of proper PPE, safe drilling practices, and ensuring the safety of all personnel on the job site.
Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a water well or geothermal driller.
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
