Description :
The Director of Client Support Services is responsible for the supervision of the Client Support Specialists, and RN / LPN Support Specialist and directs the Client Support Services department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Serves as a member of the management team.
- Supports the socio-emotional wellbeing of Client Support Specialists.
- Provides for the delivery of services in the department in an effective and efficient manner to ensure client safety and fosters therapeutic milieu.
- Serves as a member of the quality assurance committee and carries out quality improvement activities.
- Ensure effective and efficient delivery of services.
- Facilitates a positive work environment and job satisfaction for staff by maintaining the health, wellness, and motivation of the people delivering services.
- Instills motivation and increases collaboration with all departments.
- Supervises and gives corrective feedback, identifies deficiencies in processes and improves systems, transforms treatment setting into healing environment that improves outcomes and increases consultations with counseling staff.
- Ensures training and competence for CARF Program Certification Standards.
- Ensures the safety of clients.
- Foster therapeutic milieu.
- Strengthens clinical delivery of ASAM dimension 1 & 2 treatment.
- Responsible for scheduling Client Support Specialist for proper coverage according to census and budget.
- Carries out all the policies and procedures established for the organization for the Department.
- Conducts interactive supervision.
