Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to existing treatment programs and curricula.
- Develop and implement new treatment programs as needed.
- Perform clinical duties, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Conduct case management duties on an as-needed basis.
- Interact therapeutically with staff, clients, families, visitors, and others.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in quality assurance processes, including chart audits and utilization reports.
- Identify trends, needs, and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in coordinating schedule adjustments with the business office.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Monitor data collection surveys and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Electronic Medical Records.
- Ability to perform typing and repetitive motions.
- Meet one of the following requirements:
- Master's Degree and 3 years paid experience, with 2 years of direct treatment service.
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 years paid full-time experience, with 2 years of direct treatment service.
- CADC and 5 years paid full-time experience, with at least 2 years of direct treatment service.
Working Conditions:
- Work in person.
- Full-time position.
- $26.00 - $39.28 per hour.
