We are seeking a Product Manager, reporting to the SVP of Product Management, who is able to fulfill both product management and customer integration functions. This role combines the strategic focus of product management with the hands-on dedication of customer success, ensuring our products are developed not only meet business objectives but also exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering value to customers, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to translate customer feedback into actionable insights that drive product innovation and adoption.
Product Management
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, marketing) to prioritize and deliver high-impact features.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends, needs, and opportunities for product improvements.
- Own the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and communicate product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product performance and usage metrics to assess the impact and guide future iterations.
- Support commercial activities including product demos and trade shows.
Customer Integration
- Serve as the voice of the customer within the product team.
- Onboard new customers, ensuring they understand the product’s value and how to use it effectively.
- Develop training materials and product documentation.
- Gather feedback from customers to inform product development and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify opportunities for expanding product reach and increasing customer retention.
Other Duties
- Maintains compliance with local employment laws, regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance and maximum efficiency.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, and at least 7 years of experience in product management, customer success, or a related role is preferred.
- Advanced subject matter expertise in casino operations management at all levels is required.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for conducting gap analyses, defining product scope, and documenting product requirements.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams, build trust and rapport with customers.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working with remote teams to coordinate tasks and achieve project goals.
- Willingness to travel to domestic and international team and customer sites as required based on business demands.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a desk or computer station.
- Occasional lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds, such as equipment, or office supplies, with or without assistance.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring fine motor skills, such as typing, using office equipment, conducting hardware testing, or operating a computer.
- Ability to travel for customer service and business needs, or site visits, which may involve extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, lifting, pulling, and/or pushing.
- Ability to participate in in-person meetings and presentations, including standing or moving about a room.
- Must be able to work in an office environment and at customer locations with varying noise levels and demands.

Total Rewards
$85,000 - $145,000 USD annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the selected candidate. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as business results.
