The Senior HRBP Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and streamlining all operational aspects of the Human Resources Business Partner Function and ensuring smooth and efficient processes in close partnership with the VP, Talent Team Operations and HRBP Operations Specialist.

The Senior HRBP Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and streamlining all operational aspects of the Human Resources Business Partner Function and ensuring smooth and efficient processes in close partnership with the VP, Talent Team Operations and HRBP Operations Specialist.
Primary Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Utilize HR analytics and data to support informed decision-making and provide insights to the leadership team.
- Develop and present HR metrics and reports to demonstrate the impact of HR initiatives.
- Manage all data requests, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Conduct regular data audits to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- HR Systems Management
- Centralize all employment data within Workday to maintain a single source of truth for HR data and processes.
- Collaborate with the HRIS team to improve and optimize HR systems for increased functionality and efficiency.
- Provide systems training, particularly in Workday, to team members, ensuring they can effectively navigate and utilize the system.
- Ongoing Projects and Initiatives
- Manage and oversee ongoing HR projects and initiatives, including but not limited to the Great Place to Work (GPTW) program, the annual review process, the annual budget process, and the development of a quarterly Board Book.
- Create and maintain an annual project timeline to ensure timely execution of key HR projects.
- Process Improvement and Compliance
- Regularly audit HR systems and processes to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Recommend and implement process enhancements to streamline HR operations and reduce manual tasks.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Operations to streamline and optimize processes where Talent Acquisition crosses with the HRBP function, ensuring efficient workflows and improved operational support for the Human Resources team.
- Lead and meaningfully engage HRBP Operations Specialist.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Attendance is generally 8:30 am – 5:30 pm EST Monday through Friday with the ability to work up to 2 of those days remotely.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferable.
- 4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in HR Operations and/or as an HR Generalist.
- SPHR or PHR a plus.
- Teaming and leadership skills are critical.
- Proven experience in HR operations, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Workday, with the ability to provide training and troubleshoot issues.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Publisher, Outlook).
- Ability to use sound judgment to act with minimal supervision.
- Ability to show ownership of your work, take on challenges and acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processes.
