The Impact You Will Have
The Senior HRIS Analyst will own configuration for assigned areas, while providing advice and coaching across all configuration areas for the team. We are looking for a candidate that possesses knowledge of Workday HCM, understands HR business processes/workflows and has experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements. This position will also support the HR Team to resolve system problems and recommends solutions for automation.

This position will also support the HR Team to resolve system problems and recommends solutions for automation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own configuration for assigned areas, while providing advice and coaching across all configuration areas for the team.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, to implement solutions and to coordinate & lead activities related to project work plans.
- Meets with the user community on requests for reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and analysis needs, assesses those needs, gathers requirements, and develops the best structure to maximize the functionality of Workday.
- Creates documentation for business processes and updates as necessary.
- Collaborate with IT and 3rd-party consultants to support implementation of new functionality and processes.
- Set-up, modify and maintain HR System Security (including but not limited to adding, changing, and deleting, user ID's, passwords, role-based permissions, etc.).
- Works with functional leads to complete deployment activities needed to support the business intelligence reporting, insights, and analytics. Creates user training documents and implementation documents as necessary.
- Provides advanced support for information, reporting, analytics, and dashboard functions to all areas of the business.
- Participate as a lead in Workday releases, optimization of Workday SKUs and other implementation projects that involve HR information systems.
- Maintains business process configuration and identifies opportunities to alter business processes and configuration to enhance or simplify current process.
- Acts as a Named Support Contact with Workday for all HR functionalities.
- Ensure confidentiality of information and protection of rights of end-users and owners of data based on security requirements and functional area.
- Research new enhancements and education opportunities on a regular basis through Workday Community.
- Develop new, or modify existing integrations from Workday to internal and external clients using Workday technologies including calculated fields, custom reports, EIBs, document transformation, Workday Studio, Web Services, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
- Communicate and problem-solve daily with teammates, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, often in combination with travel

- Perform other duties as assigned
- Attendance is generally 8:30 am – 5:30 pm EST Monday through Friday
- 4 years’ experience working with Workday in a technical capacity with HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Security, Report Writing, Advanced Analytics, and business processes.
- Must be an active user of Workday Community to increase knowledge and skills related to the various subject matter areas of HR.
- Possess a passion for data integrity, accuracy, attention to detail and embraces technology and innovation.
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time, while also coordinating key stakeholders.
- Critical thinker and strong analytical nature.
