The Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Manager is responsible for managing and streamlining all aspects of the talent acquisition process and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. This position partners closely with and provides leadership to the TA Specialist to achieve outcomes aligned with department and Company objectives.

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Manager is responsible for managing and streamlining all aspects of the talent acquisition process and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. This position partners closely with and provides leadership to the TA Specialist to achieve outcomes aligned with department and Company objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency gains. Lead initiatives within Workday and outside of the system to make continuous enhancements to the talent acquisition process and related operational activities leading to improved manager, candidate, and recruiter experience.
- Collaborate with VP, Talent Team Operations and HRBP Operations Specialist to streamline and optimize processes where Talent Acquisition crosses with the HR Business Partner function, ensuring efficient workflows and improved operational support for the Human Resources team.
- Leverage sourcing and social media tools to identify and implement innovative recruitment strategies, including sourcing methods, employer branding initiatives, and outreach programs to attract top talent.
- Lead change management process for the ATS ensuring all stakeholders are informed and trained on the system.
- Manage all reporting (i.e., weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, ad hoc) for the TA team, ensuring data integrity.
- Partner with Legal team to ensure compliance with employment laws, GDPR, background checks, and offer letters.
- Communicate with candidates, recruiters, and department leaders as needed regarding escalated background checks.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, such as recruitment agencies, job boards, and technology providers, to maximize the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and control costs.
- Lead operations team responsible for managing ATS, reporting, background checks, interview guides and compliance. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the team.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Attendance is generally 8:30 am – 5:30 pm EST Monday through Friday with the ability to work up to 2 of those days remotely
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in recruiting or operations.
- SPHR or PHR a plus.
- Project management certification a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Publisher, Outlook) and the ability to prepare complex analysis.
- Experience with Workday a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and initiatives at once while adapting quickly and efficiently to changes.
- Ability to use sound judgment to take action with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work as a part of a team and provide leadership, mentorship, and support to others, while providing a strong individual contribution.
- Ability to show ownership of your work, take on challenges and acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processes.
