Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the acquisitions process, including preparation, due diligence, and execution.
- Negotiate and finalize business agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure optimal outcomes for transactions.
- Provide expertise in Texas onshore operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Certified Professional Landman (CPL) certification preferred.
- Proven experience in acquisitions and negotiations within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong understanding of Texas onshore assets and regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
