Responsibilities :
- Create, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of record title ownership division of interest for billing and revenue in their Land System
- Ensure timely payment of royalties in compliance with state statutes.
- Analyze a variety of legal documents such as title opinions, land contracts, operating agreements, and oil and gas leases to determine ownership and lease burden relationships for production proceeds.
- Collaborate with the Land team to clear and cure title, maintaining correct divisions of interest as payouts and recompletions occur.
