What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Dealership Customer Relations Center Staff position at Walker Ford?
Our Service Department is growing fast! Walker Ford has been family owned and operated in the Clearwater area since 1957. We have immediate openings for experienced Appointment Setter/Receptionists to help our expanding Service Department. Duties will include taking incoming phone calls and distributing them to the Service Advisors, scheduling service appointments, and would also be responsible to make service follow-up calls to our service customers to assure that they had an exceptional experience. Must be very motivated and able to work without direct supervision. Experience or basic knowledge in the automotive field and/or customer relations would be a MUST. We offer a monthly bonus plan, full health, eye and dental benefits, paid vacation and holidays as well as a 401K. Full time Monday thru Friday and occasional Saturday. EOE and drug free workplace

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
