As a Mitigation/Water Technician, you'll play a crucial role in our restoration projects. While experience in the field is a plus, we're committed to training you to become proficient in handling water and fire-damaged projects. You'll be a key player in our team, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain restoration equipment.
  • Perform regular maintenance and inventory checks on equipment and supplies.
  • Assess and document the extent of damage.
  • Perform water extraction and drying processes.
  • Handle fire and smoke damage cleanup.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours, responding promptly to water and fire damage emergencies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the field is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and undergo training on restoration, water, and fire-damaged projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of construction and building materials is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Clean background check.
  • Honesty and integrity in all job aspects.

Compensation:

  • Full -Time
