JOB DESCRIPTION
- Training & Support: Provide real-time, hands-on support to end users, ensuring a smooth transition and effective use of the EHR system.
- Integration & Implementation: Work closely with TN DOC staff, client teams, and support personnel to facilitate seamless EHR integration.
- Issue Resolution & Guidance: Assist users with system navigation, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization during training and implementation phases.
- Onsite & Remote Coordination: Work onsite across various TN DOC facilities throughout Tennessee, with flexibility for remote onboarding as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proven background as a trainer, educator, or at-the-elbow support specialist in healthcare IT implementations.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and EHR workflows.
- Experience with EHR platforms such as Cerner, Epic, or similar systems.
- Candidates must either have direct experience with our client’s EHR system or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt to the DOC environment.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in correctional facility environments
