JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for Director and VP-level roles, identifying and engaging top executive talent.
- Partner with hiring managers and executives to define job requirements, sourcing strategies, and selection processes.
- Utilize Workday ATS and other HRIS systems to manage the recruiting process efficiently.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate database and talent pipeline through innovative sourcing techniques.
- Oversee and support recruiters in talent acquisition campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Extend and negotiate offers, coordinating relocation assistance if necessary.
- Stay updated on wages, salaries, employee benefits, and HR policies to ensure competitive hiring practices.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to talent acquisition.
- Develop and apply sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles, ensuring a diverse talent pool.
- Analyze, develop, and implement enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Work independently while collaborating across teams to drive recruiting success.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 7 years’ recruiting experience in staffing or corporate HR - specifically in recruiting Director and VP level role
- Experience with (Workday ATS), sourcing techniques and developing candidate databases
- Knowledge of local, state and federal regulations
- Demonstrated experience in corporate recruiting and leading talent acquisition initiatives
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
- Negotiation skills, including vendor agreement experience
- Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies aligned with business needs
- Analytical mindset with excellent planning and organizational skills
- Experience in executive-level stakeholder management
- Proven ability to define and adjust sourcing and recruiting approaches to improve hiring outcomes
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in healthcare insurance recruitment
- Executive recruitment experience within large organizations
- SPHR certification (Senior Professional in Human Resources)
- Project management experience with a proven ability to implement process improvements
- Experience leading cross-functional recruitment projects
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel, including overnight stays, as needed
