Job Description
We are seeking a skilled local contract nurse RN Case Management to support our health insurance company in Taos, New Mexico.

Medical Management Specialist | Contract to Hire
This role will focus on case management for Medicaid and Medicare patients.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of recent RN experience in a clinical setting or one of the following:
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 2 years of clinical practice
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with 2 years of clinical practice
- New Mexico RN License
- At least 3 years of wellness or managed care experience
- Knowledge of the health and wellness marketplace and employer trends
- Analytical experience including medical data analysis
- Proficiency in PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database experience
Preferred Requirements
- At least 3 years of clinical practice
- Patient education experience
- Condition Management experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Transition of Care experience
- Experience managing complex or catastrophic cases
- Certification in Case Management, Training, Project Management, or nationally recognized healthcare certification
