JOB SUMMARY
- This position requires the ability to multitask within a high-volume concierge contact center setting.
- Support providers (physicians and other healthcare providers rendering medical care) with Medicare Part B drug coverage inquiries, and prior authorizations
- Ability to process Coverage Determination Requests within CMS Timeframes
- Ability to communicate all pharmacy benefits both verbally and written
- Ability to have strong attention to detail while multitasking within a high demand environment
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Hospital experience
- IL Pharm Tech License
- 2 years of experience
- Cleanroom Experience – (The cleanroom is where all IV bags and sterile compounds are mixed. The air quality is strictly monitored, with high-standard cleaning protocols. Entry requires full personal protective equipment (PPE) and aseptic handwashing techniques.)

- Hazardous drug (i.e. chemotherapy) experience
