JOB DESCRIPTION
- Training & Adoption: Deliver comprehensive training to TN DOC staff, ensuring a thorough understanding of the EHR system.
- Integration & Support: Collaborate with the client and TN DOC support teams to ensure seamless system implementation and continued technical support.
- Onsite & Remote Coordination: Work onsite across various TN DOC facilities throughout Tennessee, with flexibility for remote onboarding.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proven background as a trainer or educator, preferably within healthcare IT implementations in correctional facilities.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and EHR navigation.
- Experience with EHR platforms such as Cerner, Epic, or similar systems. Candidates must either have direct experience with our client’s EHR or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt to the DOC environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook etc.)
