Mechanical Systems Optimization Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to lead the optimization of mechanical systems at our chemical plant in El Dorado, AR.
This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanical systems specialist with expertise in compressors, turbines, pumps, and motors. In this role, you will take the lead in developing and implementing strategies to maximize equipment performance while minimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Optimization: Use data analysis and root cause failure analysis (RCFA) to identify issues and develop strategies to optimize system performance.
- Equipment Installation and Upgrades: Provide expertise in the installation, upgrades, and start-up of rotating equipment, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal performance.
- Performance Metrics Tracking: Develop and track performance metrics to measure equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with production, maintenance, and service teams to troubleshoot problems and drive performance improvements.
