Responsibilities:
- Optimize Chemical Processes: Use advanced control systems to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyze operations and equipment to reduce waste and maximize raw material usage.
- Oversee Chemical Processing Equipment: Ensure smooth operation of dryers, boilers, pumps, and more.
- Collaborate on Capital Projects: Play a key role in plant upgrades, design improvements, and capital projects that shape the future of production.
- Ensure Safety Protocols: Work with environmental teams to ensure safety protocols are met, while staying ahead of regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
