Responsibilities and Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Supervisor who can help us drive safety excellence across our organization. The ideal candidate will have:
- 5-7 years of experience in safety management, specifically in mining, aggregates, or related heavy manufacturing industries.
- MSHA Parts 46 & 48 certification.
- Strong leadership, training facilitation, compliance expertise, and a collaborative approach to building trust.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring MSHA compliance through training, reporting, and documentation. You will also conduct safety audits and lead site safety committees, investigate incidents, and develop and deliver engaging safety training sessions.
