Director of Corporate Safety Standards
We are seeking a highly experienced PSM Program Manager to lead our corporate safety standards at Walker Lovell. This role offers a chance to drive transformative change and elevate safety standards at one of our largest facilities.
About the Job
- Develop and enhance the site's comprehensive PSM Program by driving cultural transformation and embedding safety into every process.
- Oversight of technical elements such as PHAs, LOPAs, facility siting, management of change, and pre-startup safety reviews.
- Mentorship of a Process Safety Coordinator and collaboration with a dynamic team.
Requirements
- Experience: 5 years in process safety (10 years preferred) with a solid understanding of OSHA-regulated processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another technical field.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, train, and foster a team-oriented culture.
- Industry Background: Expertise in chemical, petrochemical, or oil & gas industries, particularly at large facilities.
- Location Flexibility: On-site in El Dorado, AR, with occasional on-call duties for a 24/7 operation.
