About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer – Prill to join our team at a leading chemical manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Streamline Processes: Use advanced control systems to optimize chemical processes, enhancing efficiency and quality.
- Drive Innovation: Analyze operations and equipment to drive continuous improvement, reducing waste and maximizing raw material usage.
- Oversee Equipment: Ensure smooth operation of dryers, boilers, pumps, and more.
- Lead Projects: Play a key role in plant upgrades, design improvements, and capital projects that shape the future of production.
- Ensure Safety: Work with environmental teams to ensure safety protocols are met, while staying ahead of regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering and 3-10 years of hands-on experience in chemical manufacturing, ideally in nitrogen, ammonia, or ammonium nitrate.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, data analysis, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with DCS systems and Process Safety Management (PSM) environments.
- A passion for problem-solving and driving meaningful improvements in a high-tech, high-impact industry.
