Rotating Equipment Engineer – Leadership Role
We are seeking a skilled engineer to lead the optimization of rotating equipment performance and reliability at our chemical plant in El Dorado, AR.
This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanical systems specialist with expertise in compressors, turbines, pumps, and motors. In this role, you will take the lead in developing and implementing reliability strategies to maximize equipment performance while minimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Reliability Strategies: Use data analysis and root cause failure analysis (RCFA) to identify issues and develop strategies to prevent failures.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with production, maintenance, and service teams to troubleshoot problems and drive performance improvements.
- Lead Projects: Provide expertise in the installation, upgrades, and start-up of rotating equipment, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal performance.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Apply cutting-edge maintenance practices to prevent issues before they happen and keep systems operating efficiently.
