Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and sustain Asset Care Excellence (ACE) principles, maintaining safety operations and compliance.
- Develop and maintain equipment maintenance programs that surpass regulatory standards.
- Analyze maintenance costs and identify inefficiencies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams in Reliability Centered Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, and other initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Manage capital project input and budgeting in line with operational goals.
- Coordinate maintenance work orders, prioritize scheduling, and reduce emergency work orders.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis investigations, ensuring effective corrective actions.
- Oversee mechanical equipment maintenance beyond the Mechanical Integrity program, including inventory and documentation.
- Drive plant changes to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), reliability, and process quality.
- Develop a reliability strategy aligned with business needs, focusing on proactive maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering from a 4-year ABET-accredited program.
- 8-10 years of experience in the Chemical/Process or Petrochemical industry.
- Strong relationship-building skills with production and maintenance teams.
- up to 50% travel required.
