Experienced plumbing & HVAC company searching for a Customer Service Representative.
Job Description:
Your are the voice of our company. This requires an upbeat, bubbly, and outgoing personality. You will interact with our customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding services provided by us. You should also possess a high level of interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate in a manner that demonstrates empathy and understanding with our customers and office staff.
Job requirements:
Our ideal candidate would be available Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (hours to be determined and may be subject to change)
Job duties:
Dispatcher will have effective communication skills with all interpersonal relationships
Will develop excellent rapport with customers and technicians.
Assist with developing goals, standards, and objectives that directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
Answer the phone and handling all customers correspondence.
Setting up new customers, scheduling the customers.
Must have strong phone skills and people skills.
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
